  • ONEG SHABBATS RESUME IN OCTOBER
    Starting date is Friday, October 8th, 2010
    With the onset of the fall season, we ask our congregants to host an Oneg Shabbat Shabbat for our late Friday evening services. The responsibilities for the evening are minimal.:
    1. Kosher cake and pareve milk to be delivered by noon to the synagogue on the selected date.
    2. Mail check of $35.00, payable to Temple Emanu-El. before the Oneg date. The fee of $35 covers custodial services, all paper goods, coffee, sugar, tea, Sweet'n'Low.

From 10:30 am-12:30 pm, the Hebrew school will hold an OPEN HOUSE during which registrations will be accepted.  Parents and children are invited and the highlight of the day will be the appearance of the FUN BUS, a self-contained fun center in which the children can have a good time.  There will also be a class in shofar blowing as well as holiday crafts.
